LSIS have a new set of toolkit specifically for senior mangers in Adult and Community Learning, Work-based Learning and independent Specialist Colleges. The resources are suite of interactive resources which are free of charge. They address a range of issues such as preparing for inspection, keeping up to date with policy and funding issues, strategic planning and focusing on staff development for organisational improvement.

New to the resources is a reflective log and notepad functions a allow for staff to record their learning which can contribute towards their 30 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
